LTV, funding to buy and refinance of residential or commercial
properties in the United States.
Our foreign national loan program is for investment homes, with
single-family and multi-family residences being qualified, along with
condominiums, townhouses as well as business residential
properties.
Amortizations just have an optimum of 15 years for our Foreign
National Lending program. Borrowers require a reasonable earning;
however, the majority of deals do not need verification.
